Sword Fern Kokedama

from 80.00

Our Sword Fern Kokedama span almost approximately 70-80cm with the kokedama ball being about 35cm in diameter - another in our larger range of Kokedama.

Sword Ferns aka Nephrolepis obliterrata is a robus fern that will tolerate both indirect and direct sunlight.  Due to the size of the kokedama ball, it will tolerate larger spaces in-between watering.  The large fronds are a sublime green and the plant will continue to shoot new lacey swords.

A traditional style kokedama - based on an ancient Japanese art-from.  The plant is bound tightly and potted with our Little Lands special ingredients before being wrapped in a parcel of lush green moss.

Alternatively we can wrap it in dormant sphagnum moss which is pale beige in colour and has exposed pale green twine.

These can be hung or sit in a dish (or wood slice) - or simply by itself.   Coloured twine will be added only to suspend your kokedama.

Our kokedama range love an indoor sheltered position.  Each plant in our kokedama range is a shade-loving indoor variety of plant.  Soak once 2-3 weeks fully emersed for five minutes, squeeze and then re-position in filtered light.

Postage available to Victoria, ACT, Queensland, South Australia and New South Wales.
